DEPOSITS

We ask for a non refundable deposit of 30% of your booking fee to secure your booking with the remaining balance due 5 days before arrival. A payment request will be sent for this. Full payment will be required for bookings made 5 days or less before arrival. 1 nights stay is payable in full at time of booking and is non refundable if cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible so we can reallocate your pitch. Any bookings cancelled less than 5 days before arrival no refund will be given.

Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather etc which may result in delayed arrival, curtailment or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of Gamrie Bay CL site and therefore we advise you to seek appropriate travel insurance.

ON SITE

-As our water is metered could guests refrain from washing their outfits on site.

-Awnings must be put up on the hardstanding to protect our grass.

- Quiet times must be respected between 10pm & 8am.

-Dogs must be kept on a lead while on site, on the dog walk off lead is permitted.

- The flying of drones are not permitted at the site.

- Please notify us first if you would like visitors on site.
